Andrew has been designing and implementing ICT & Web solutions for 25 years, computerising Hansard & Parliamentary Questions, implementing workflow systems for the Council of Europe, Strasbourg and the New Assembly in Belfast, digital audio systems for the Irish Parliament and the systems in Tony Blair's Private Office for the 1997 General Election. He has worked with seven parliaments, eight Government departments, three Local Authorities, the Royal Household, two Startups, a FinTech company and a Digital Agency. After the Home Office IPT project, Andrew is now on the DevOps team of the £350m flagship Common Platform Program at the Ministry of Justice.
