Since 2007, over 11,000 organizations in 106 countries in a variety of industries, including aerospace, finance, health services, software, defense, transportation, and telecommunications, have earned a CMMI maturity level rating to benchmark their capability.
Kirk’s career has been focused on building flourishing communities through the commercialization of technology. Botula served as President of Confluence and created a global brand delivering mission-critical enterprise software and services to the world’s largest asset management firms through cultivation of top talent, process discipline and product innovation. He was responsible for all aspects of global growth strategy and all day-to-day operations in North America, EMEA and Asia. During his tenure Confluence became the leading provider in its space achieving market share exceeding 70% in North America and 20% globally, while delivering the industry leading NPS of 40%. Kirk serves non-profit and for-profit communities in a variety of capacities. He has a BFA and MBA from Carnegie-Mellon University and lives in Pittsburgh with his wife and three daughters.
